Lauren's (UN) Birthday Party

For those of you who have seen
Alice in wonderland, they had an un birthday party in it, well, Lauren's birthday is not until
December 18th but we decided to have her party while the families were here at Thanksgiving, so we had Chuck E Cheese do all the work and we just went and played. Lauren and her friends had a lot of fun so it was a un birthday party sucess.

A BIG Family Thanksgiving

This year we hosted Thanksgiving
at our house, we had 26 people
come and for those of you who have never been
to our house it's only about 1800
square feet. :)
We all had plenty of food, fun and fellowship
we even had a friendly game of
Trivial Pursuit 80's Edition
between the cousins and Steve
and I lost but not by much. We
have plenty to be thankful for and
are glad we had lots of family here

A Day At The Zoo

We took Lauren to the Atlanta Zoo today for our belated family day celebration, we all had a great time. Do you see the baby attached to the momma gorilla? Atlanta zoo has 3 gorilla babies

Auburn Saturday, she had a blast

she fell asleep at the 2nd quarter and slept

until the end of the game, but she did

enjoy the crowds and the noise. Auburn

won 27-0. whoo hoo.

Pumpkin Painting

Jocelyn & Lauren painted pumpkins today, they had a good time and came up with some masterpiece works of art. I see a Monet or Picasso coming out of them soon. :)

Daddy's Birthday

Friday was daddy's birthday so we took him to PF Changs for dinner which is his favorite restaurant, Lauren tried some ginger-peach hot tea and liked it. Then she helped daddy open the card & starbucks gift card she gave him.

Playing With Daddy

Lauren's new favorite toy is her daddy, she loves to play with him now. he holds her upside down and she just laughs & squeals. This is such a blessing since she didn't bond with daddy at first.

The "Tea" Party

Lauren and Jocelyn had a "tea" party at our house today, the party consisted of tea ( strawberry water), croissants and fresh fruit. the girls had a blast and they even got to drink out of "real" cups. I think I should be committed for giving 2 toddlers real glass cups on a concrete floor but they were very careful and did not drop or spill anything.
