getting Lauren a dog so
we went to our local pound
today and adopted a
Rat Terrier who she has
named Jake. He is about
1 years old and is the sweetest
dog, she loves him already.
He is very playful and loves
to chase balls and play with
his little toys she got for him.
He is full grown at 15lbs and
is already housetrained and
has been fixed. So far he has been a great addition to our family. :)

What a cute pup...you know we love ours and I know Lauren will soon be begging for him to sleep with her like Sasha does with Annslee : )
Congrats on the new addition and big kudos for rescuing Jake from the shelter (I used to volunteer at our local humane society for 7 yrs pre-kiddos). Enjoy him!
He is a cutie, I am sure he & Lauren will be best buds and "partners in crime" before long:)He looks like he has always been part of the family, I think they know when they are chosen and loved, just like babies:).
